All set for Inter exam practicals from Feb. 3 

The Board of Intermediate Education (BIE) has made all arrangements for conducting the Intermediate Public Examinations 2025 practicals starting February 3 (Monday).

The practical examinations will be held in the forenoon and afternoon sessions, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. respectively, on all working days till February 22.

BIE Secretary Krishna Aditya, while addressing the media on Saturday, said that a total of 9,96,292 candidates, both from first and second year, have paid their fee and registered for the exam.

For second year, a total of 5,07,956 candidates include 4,62,009 in the general stream and 45,947 in vocational stream. For first year, a total of 4,88,336 candidates include 4,39,199 in general stream and 49,137 in vocational stream.

The Board has set up 2,008 practical examination centres in the State, and District Examination Committees have been constituted for all 33 districts.

Laboratories in exam centres will be equipped with CCTVs for monitoring at the command control centre in the BIE headquarters.
