A 66-year-old farmer was found dead in Alagawadi near Raibag in Belagavi district on Tuesday.
The body of Shivanappa Ravajappa Dharmatti was found in his house.
His relatives told the police that he was upset with “harassment” by recovery officers of a bank over a loan taken some time ago.
A case has been registered.
